Why Are Pro Dommes So Expensive?

I've been asked more than once, "Why is a Pro Domme so expensive?" Most of us charge anywhere from $150 to $400 per hour. Some of the more well-known and well-established Dommes can charge $600 or more per hour. That feels like a lot of money to spend on a service. It might, but it's really not when you think about everything that goes in to the service you are paying for.

A Pro Domme is a luxury service. Period. Luxury is never cheap. I am not here for everyone. If you want my skill, time, and attention, you need to be able to afford it.

That isn't arrogance. It's the reality of my years of learning and honing a craft while creating a successful business providing a luxury service.

You Pay for Education and Skill

First and foremost, you are paying for the education and skills I have gotten over the years. A person doesn't just wake up one day and decide that this is their job now. Well, some do, but that's another story for another time, and a whole slew of thoughts on it. Those of us who understand what this service truly requires spend a lot of time training, learning, being mentored, and refining skills.

We don't only study BDSM and kink. We study psychology, body language, negotiation, and consent. We master safety techniques and risk-aware practices. Many of us spend months or years under mentorship with another Pro Domme before we ever touch a client.

The knowledge we gain isn't given to us for free. It takes years and money to build our skillset that allows me to command your mind, your body, and your trust.

Tools of the Trade Aren't Cheap

Ropes, rigging, crops, canes, floggers, furniture, bags, and all of the tools we use aren't cheap. They cost money. Many of them are made by people who have spent years learning to make these items into quality, sustainable, lasting items. I don't buy bargain bin versions of things. The implements I use are safe, high-quality, and well-maintained. Because your experience and safety depends on that.

When you book a session with me, you aren't only booking my skills. You are booking me. You are asking for my presence, my aesthetic, my personal look. You don't want me showing up in yoga pants and a shirt, looking like I just got off the hiking trail. Unless you're into that, in which case, we can certainly discuss it.

For the most part, someone is asking for the aesthetic I have cultivated for myself. Because of that, I invest in a wardrobe that fits the scene we create. Sometimes, I'm even asked for specific costuming or pieces of clothing. I keep my hair dyed a certain color since it's kind of become a signature color for me. That requires some upkeep and maintenance. I have makeup that's set aside specifically for work, making sure that I am happy with how I look when you see me.

I also invest in fitness, body care, and personal grooming. Just like a luxury store or restaurant maintains the decor, lighting, and ambience, I maintain myself.

Training Doesn't Stop

I take classes. I attend workshops. I even pay other Dommes/Doms who are much more experienced than me to teach me something new or help me hone a skill. I upgrade what I already know. My style of shibari evolves, and I add more to the tricks of that trade. I learn more safety, and learn how to improve suspensions. My impact techniques are constantly improved, and yes, practiced. My knowledge of safety and changes in nuanced negotiation expands.

I don't stop learning, because I take this seriously, and my clients deserve that.

I Am A Luxury

You don't need me like you need the basic essentials of life. You choose me because you want an unforgettable, immersive experience of exploration. That's the definition of luxury. It isn't for everyone, and it's not supposed to be.
